Leadership for Global Transformation: Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders
In line with the university's mission statement ‘We shape leaders’ we strive to strengthen the leadership skills of future leaders, both from Poland and from countries with high growth potential.
We invite you to participate in the International Intensive Training Program (IMPK) organized by the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. This is a unique, English-language course aimed at strengthening leadership competencies among future leaders from countries with high development potential.
IMPK provides participants with:
- Future-Ready Competencies: The curriculum focuses on critical skills identified in the Future of the Jobs report (including analytical and creative thinking, resilience, and leadership), essential for navigating the global business context.
- Multicultural Proficiency: The course builds bridges between cultures, fostering sensitivity to diversity and the ability to work effectively in heterogeneous, international teams.
- Innovative Pedagogical Methods: Knowledge is delivered through engaging formats, including an advanced business simulation game dedicated to managing an innovative enterprise within the context of sustainable development (ESG) and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Institutional Strengthening: Participation in the program facilitates the transfer of knowledge and experiences from Poland's economic transformation, contributing to the establishment of solid institutional foundations in the participants' home countries.
- Digital Certification: Participant competencies will be confirmed through an innovative system of digital micro-credentials (Digital Badges), enhancing their recognition in the global labor market.
Join the ranks of leaders prepared to responsibly drive transformation!
